23123.5 (a) A person shall not drive a motor vehicle while holding and operating a handheld wireless telephone or an electronic wireless communications device unless the wireless telephone or electronic wireless communications device is specifically designed and configured to allow voice-operated and hands-free operation, and it is used in that manner while driving.

Effective Thursday December 20, 2018:

Video Visitation will not be conducted on site, all visitation will be through At Home visits or Face to Face visitation. Hours for Visitation are 7:45 am to 10:30 pm.

Paid visitation will be available Sunday to Saturday starting on December 30, 2018.

Professional Registration & Scheduling Process

• Once you have registered, send an email to TCSO_GTL@co.tulare.ca.us to have your profile updated to Professional. Please include a copy of bar card, or county identification. Please allow 3 business days for this to take effect.

• Face to face and video visits can be scheduled on the same day and up to 7 days in advance.

• For video visits scheduled for the same day, contact the Jail Facility where inmate is housed to ensure they know about your scheduled visit.

• To schedule a contact visit call the Jail Facility the inmate is housed to ensure availability of the contact visiting area.
